This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how Solar Savings by Rudxani Engineering (Pty) Ltd (“Solar Savings,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) manages the delivery of products, components, and equipment to clients across South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Delivery Areas
Solar Savings delivers products and equipment to customers throughout South Africa. For clients located outside major cities or in remote areas, additional delivery time or fees may apply.
We also offer on-site delivery and installation for solar systems purchased directly from us.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated at 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability, supplier timelines, and delivery location.

For custom orders or installations, delivery timelines will be communicated in writing once project planning and procurement are complete.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays caused by suppliers, transporters, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, load shedding, weather conditions) are beyond our control.
Shipping Fees

Delivery charges vary based on the order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping costs will be clearly indicated on your quotation, invoice, or checkout summary before payment.

In some cases, free delivery may apply within certain areas or for specific promotions.
Delivery Process

Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Once delivered and signed for, Solar Savings will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items that occur thereafter.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
Inspection on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery.
If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue in writing within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@solarsavings.co.za.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection of the goods.
Delays and Force Majeure
Solar Savings will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
International Shipping
At present, Solar Savings primarily serves customers within South Africa. International deliveries may be considered on request, subject to additional costs, import/export compliance, and extended delivery timelines.
